The "Eco Lam Method" is a construction technique that reduces the number of intermediate piles by using columns (square steel pipes) with high buckling performance. In conventional methods, intermediate piles are necessary, which requires creating floor openings at the intermediate pile locations during the concrete slab pouring. This necessitated additional reinforcement for the openings, the installation of formwork for the openings, and sealing the openings after the construction was completed.
